Return & Refund Policy

Any manufacturing defect on the item should be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.

For return and refused delivery items a restocking fee of 20% will be charged after deducting all shipping and handling charges and a credit will be issued once the item is received back to our warehouse in the original undamaged condition with the original packing.

Damage in transit issues should be addressed directly with the carrier. We will support you with any documentation required.

Returns will be only accepted with approved RMA# provided by Globedecor International.
All other returns would be addressed case by case basis.
