Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Globedecor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@globedecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA# provided by Globedecor International.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. Refunds

  • For returned or refused delivery items, a 20% restocking fee will apply after deducting shipping and handling charges.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • The product must be returned to our warehouse in its original, undamaged condition with original packing.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Transit damage should be addressed directly with the carrier, and we will assist with the required documentation.

7. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us at info@globedecor.com to arrange an exchange.
