Thank you soooooo much! Of course, the orbs are beautiful, but so is the customer service! The (original) orbs arrived damaged, and as soon I informed the seller, they immediately replaced them. I appreciate it so much as much ordered them for a family get together. I’d definitely order from them again.

These are beautiful but received them broken. I requested a new for the one that was most broken and customer service was fantastic. I think they need to be packaged better so they don’t get damaged during shipping.
